Group Coaching for Church Leaders

Stefanie Rowe Counseling is offering ongoing 8-week group coaching specifically for pastors in the Omaha area.

In these groups we will:

• Talk about the unique challenges facing church workers as well as coping skills in the real life

• Unpack leadership-- and life-- related anxiety and depression

• Discuss managing the "many hats" pastors wear

• Debrief the trauma and challenges of the last 18 months

• Share Strengths Finder results and discuss how they impact our home and work

• In general we will learn from one another and lean on one another in what I hope to be a new, helpful, and rewarding way

Groups are generally held on Monday afternoons, in person and in Omaha.
